Vente-unique.com: Revenue Up 18% Over 9 Months
Vente-unique.com has accelerated its growth rate to 18% over the first 9 months of the 2025-2026 fiscal year, bringing its revenue to €174.6 million. The company has shown strong commercial momentum in the third quarter with a 23.4% increase to €61.9 million, driven by international markets (26.8% in Northern and Eastern Europe, 28.2% in Southern Europe) and a marketplace growth exceeding 70%. However, the release remains silent on margins and profitability, while the company anticipates another year of profitable growth.
A Promising Quarter Driven by International Markets and the Marketplace
The third quarter shows a marked acceleration with revenue increasing by 23.4% to €61.9 million. This performance is based on two pillars: on one hand, the Vente-unique and Habitat brands, which account for nearly 90% of the overall growth and benefit from a new graphic identity that enhances product desirability. On the other hand, marketplace commissions have grown by more than 70%, now accounting for 19.5% of the e-commerce business volume, up by 3.8 points over a year. International sales have become the main growth driver for the group. Northern and Eastern Europe reported a growth of 26.8% over the first 9 months, supported by the launch in Scandinavia. Southern Europe grew by 28.2%, benefiting from a more favorable economic environment and increased brand recognition. Although less dynamic, France remains robust with an 8.4% increase and continues to gain market share in a challenging sector. International sales now represent over 60% of the e-commerce activity growth.
European Expansion Accelerates
Vente-unique.com continues its European rollout. The Habitat brand, progressively integrated into 10 countries over the past year (Portugal in June, Norway in July), contributes to amplifying the group's dynamics both in France and internationally. The release announces the upcoming opening, in October 2026, of e-commerce sites and marketplaces in Finland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary, expanding the geographic coverage to 20 European countries. These new markets add to the 16 countries currently covered (France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Sweden, and Switzerland). The logistics infrastructure is also improving with the opening of a second site in Moulins, aimed at increasing product availability and supporting volume growth. The recently launched retail media has had a satisfactory start and is positioned as a new profitable growth lever.
Growth Prospects Maintained, Without Specific Targets
The group anticipates another year of profitable growth with annual revenue growth in the double digits. The company will report its 2025-2026 fiscal year revenue on November 12, 2026.
