Vente-Unique announces record activity in 2025-2026 and investor day on November 18

A European strategy presented by the executive committee

The investor day will bring together institutional investors and sell-side analysts. The group is positioning it within its transformation into a European home equipment platform, which it designates as "Home & Living".

According to the press release, the strategy presented is based on complementary activities offering growth opportunities in Europe. It relies on the group's capabilities in procurement, logistics, marketing and technology.

The group currently brings together the vente-unique.com website, the Habitat brand, a marketplace and a retail media offering. Founded in 2006, a subsidiary of the Cafom group and listed on Euronext Growth, it claims to have served more than 3.5 million customers since its launch and has a presence in 20 European countries.

A 2025-2026 fiscal year above consensus

According to the group, growth momentum strengthened in the fourth quarter (July to September 2026), continuing the trend of the first nine months. This enabled it to achieve a record activity level for the fiscal year, both in merchandise volume (GMV) and consolidated revenue. According to the press release, both aggregates came in above analyst consensus forecasts.

Revenue for fiscal year 2025-2026 will be published on November 12, 2026, and annual results on January 12, 2027. The annual financial report will follow on January 28, 2027.

For fiscal year 2026-2027, first quarter revenue is expected on February 11, 2027, first half revenue on May 12, 2027 and half-year results on June 15, 2027. The half-year financial report is scheduled for June 29, 2027, third quarter revenue for July 21, 2027 and annual revenue for November 16, 2027.

These dates are presented as provisional and subject to change. All publications will take place before the opening of trading on Euronext Paris.
