Vente-unique.com has released its 2024-2025 annual report, showcasing a record year in terms of business activity, profitability, and cash flow generation, highlighted by the growth in international markets, the development of its marketplace, and the first year of operations under the Habitat brand.
For the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025, the group's consolidated revenue reached €200.9 million, an increase of 12.5% year-over-year. The total business volume grew by 18.2% to €275.8 million, primarily driven by international sales, which accounted for more than half of the total sales. The gross margin stood at 58.8%, showing improvement from previous years. The recurring operating income was €11.8 million, up 8%, while the net income attributable to the group reached €8.1 million, an increase of 10%. This marks the group's 19th consecutive profitable year.

The gross cash position reached €32.1 million at year-end, a record level for the group, supported by a gross self-financing margin of €16.0 million and a reduction in working capital requirements. The year also saw continued investments in logistics, notably the development of the second Moulins warehouse, aimed at increasing the group's capacity and supporting the growth of its e-commerce and fulfillment activities. The board of directors will propose a dividend of €0.50 per share for the fiscal year, up 31.6% from the previous year.
