Eline Madelpuech Joins the Board with Consultative Voice
On September 17, 2026, Eline Madelpuech was appointed censor to the board of directors of Virbac. As a censor, she participates in meetings with a consultative voice.
Holder of a master's degree in medicine from the University of Liège (specialization in general medicine) and an MBA from INSEAD, she is also the granddaughter of the Group's founder. She brings to the board her medical expertise as well as her experience in strategy and commercial development acquired within a human health laboratory.

Olivier Charmeil, already an independent director and member of the nominations and remuneration committee, joins the audit committee of Virbac. This committee is composed of Philippe Capron (chairman), Pierre Madelpuech and Cyrille Petit.
