Viridien reports that its business revenue is expected to exceed $1.15 billion for fiscal year 2025. According to the group, the Geoscience division would have generated more than $440 million in revenue, marking a 10% increase year-over-year. The Earth Data activity is said to have crossed the $400 million threshold. These preliminary figures have not been audited by the company's auditors, the release specifies.

The group announces it generated over $130 million in cash over the year, resulting in a net cash flow exceeding $100 million. This amount includes the repayment of $28 million from the financing line backed by the group's high-performance computing assets. According to the company, this performance is part of the implementation of its so-called asset-light strategy. The management states that these funds were used to repay debt.
Bond Repayments
Viridien specifies that it has made bond repayments totaling $97 million. According to the release, the group has fully utilized the annual optional redemption clause of 10% provided in the bond documentation. The net debt, before the application of IFRS 16, is expected to be around $750 million at the close of the fiscal year, the company indicates. The audited annual results for 2025 will be published on February 26, 2026, after market close.
