Volta Finance Reports a Monthly Decline of 0.6% in November
Volta Finance Limited recorded a net return of -0.6% in November 2025, according to the monthly report published by its manager AXA IM. The cumulative performance since the beginning of the year stands at +2.3%.

Volta Finance reported a negative return of 0.6% during the month of November 2025, the statement indicated. For the year 2025 as a whole, the performance reached +2.3%. For comparison, U.S. high-yield bonds advanced by 7.8% and their European counterparts by 4.8% over the same annual period, according to data cited by the manager. Morningstar indices for leveraged loans showed gains of 5.2% in the U.S. and 3.6% in Europe. In November alone, these indices recorded returns of +0.32% for U.S. loans and +0.58% for European loans. Within the Volta Finance portfolio, CLO Equity tranches declined by 1.5%, while CLO Debt tranches progressed by 0.8%, the report specifies.
Investment Activities in November
Volta Finance continued its investment activity in November with acquisitions totaling approximately 5.5 million euros, focused primarily on new issues, according to the group. The purchases involved tranches rated BB and B, acquired in a context of spreads at +550 basis points for U.S. CLOs and +925 basis points for European CLOs, the statement indicates. The fund also participated in a European Equity tranche already held in the portfolio. This activity led to a reduction in the cash position, which now represents 13% of the assets. Concurrently, Volta Finance generated approximately 26 million euros in cash flow during the month, equivalent to 20% of the net asset value on an annualized basis, the document specifies.
Net Asset Value and Fund Details as of November 30, 2025
As of November 30, 2025, the net asset value of Volta Finance stood at 263.6 million euros, equivalent to 7.21 euros per share, according to the report. The manager specifies that about 0.14% of the net asset is composed of investments whose valuation at the closing date is only available after the publication of the fund's net asset value. These positions are therefore valued based on the latest available data. This proportion was at 0.07% at the end of September and end of August 2025. Volta Finance Limited is incorporated in Guernsey and listed on Euronext Amsterdam as well as on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. The fund aims to preserve its capital throughout the credit cycle and to distribute stable income to its shareholders through quarterly dividends, primarily exposing itself to CLOs and similar asset classes.
