Warner Music Group Signs Multi-Year Deal with Paramount Pictures
Paramount Pictures and Warner Music Group announced on Thursday a multi-year agreement focusing on the production of feature films. The partnership will explore the lives and music of artists and songwriters from the Warner Music Group catalog.
A Multi-Year Partnership Centered on Musical Artists
Paramount Pictures and Warner Music Group (listed on Nasdaq under the ticker WMG) have entered into a first-window multi-year partnership agreement. The two companies will jointly develop feature films inspired by the lives and musical works of artists and songwriters from the Warner Music Group catalog. Warner Music Group and its production partner Unigram, led by Amanda Ghost and Gregor Cameron, will collaborate with Paramount to develop each project in consultation with the artists, songwriters, or their estates. Warner Music Group is represented by WME in this transaction.
