Webdyn Submits Simplified Tender Offer for Unheld Adeunis Shares
Webdyn has submitted to the Financial Markets Authority a voluntary simplified public tender offer targeting the Adeunis shares not held by the initiator, as well as the outstanding warrants.
The price proposed in the offer project is 0.84 euros per Adeunis share and 22,700 euros for the share subscription warrant. The offer project and the information note project remain subject to the review of the Financial Markets Authority.
