Acquisition Details
Wendel announced the signing of an agreement for the acquisition of Committed Advisors on November 24, 2025. This acquisition includes a controlling stake, with the founding partners of Committed Advisors reinvesting the entire net proceeds from the sale into their funds. The completion of this transaction is expected in the first quarter of 2026, subject to obtaining the required regulatory approvals and fulfilling other necessary conditions.
Wendel's Investment Strategy
Wendel, one of the leading listed investment companies in Europe, invests in leading companies across various sectors such as ACAMS, Bureau Veritas, Crisis Prevention Institute, Globeducate, IHS Towers, Scalian, Stahl, and Tarkett. Wendel also aims to develop a private asset management platform for third parties, in addition to its own investment activities. In this regard, Wendel recently acquired 51% of IK Partners in May 2024 and 72% of Monroe Capital in March 2025.
