Wendel, one of the leading listed investment companies in Europe, invests in leading companies across various sectors such as ACAMS, Bureau Veritas, Crisis Prevention Institute, Globeducate, IHS Towers, Scalian, Stahl, and Tarkett. Wendel also aims to develop a private asset management platform for third parties, in addition to its own investment activities. In this regard, Wendel recently acquired 51% of IK Partners in May 2024 and 72% of Monroe Capital in March 2025.
Financial Overview

The company is listed on the Eurolist of Euronext Paris. Standard & Poor’s has assigned Wendel a long-term credit rating of BBB with a stable outlook, and A-2 for the short term.
