Winfarm Reports 6.1% Growth in 2025 with a Revenue of 146.2 Million Euros
The French leader in remote sales for the agricultural sector recorded an annual revenue of 146.2 million euros in 2025, up by 6.1% compared to the previous year. This performance is particularly driven by the momentum of the AgroNutrition division, which saw significant acceleration in Asia.
Strong Quarterly and Annual Performance
Winfarm recorded a consolidated revenue of 35.7 million euros in the fourth quarter of 2025, up by 9.2% compared to Q4 2024. This marks the seventh consecutive quarter of growth for the group. For the full year of 2025, the annual revenue reached 146.2 million euros, an increase of 6.1% from 2024. This achievement is supported by all divisions of the group. The AgroSupply division, accounting for 86% of the annual revenue, recorded a revenue of 126.9 million euros, up by 4.4%. This growth is largely due to strong sales in the Hygiene and Animal Nutrition families, driving the dynamics of Vital and Equideos branded products, demonstrating recognition of expertise in proprietary branded products. The AgroNutrition division emerged as a major growth driver for the group, with a revenue increase of 36.4% in the fourth quarter and 19.2% annually.
Significant International Dynamics in AgroNutrition
The AgroNutrition division shows particularly strong dynamics in international markets. Asia significantly drives the activity, accounting for nearly 40% of the division's revenue with an annual increase of 47.3% compared to 2024. The Middle East region, representing 24% of the division's revenue, also recorded very good performance with a revenue growth of over 20%. Beyond these two major divisions, the rollout of 'Au Pré!' products continues with now a presence in over 100 Leclerc, Intermarché, and Système U retail locations. The revenue from this activity is consistently growing, and new contracts have been signed with recognized players in collective catering. Regarding AgroAdvice, refocusing on training activities for farmers temporarily impacts the revenue.
Improved EBITDA and Continued Cost Optimization in 2025
Winfarm confirms an improvement in its EBITDA in 2025 compared to 2024. The group indicates that it will continue its cost optimization measures, which will be coupled with strict investment discipline and rigorous management of working capital needs, aiming to progressively reduce the group's debt.
