Air Liquide shares hit a record high of €182.66 intraday
The industrial and medical gases group reached a new all-time intraday high, a few days after publishing its quarterly activity. A price target increase from Citi issued this morning accompanies the move.
Citi raises its price target to €209 and upgrades Air Liquide to buy
The Air Liquide share hit an intraday high of €182.66, a record that surpasses the previous peak of €182.26 reached on July 6, 2026. The current price, €182.28, is slightly below this high.
The stock is up 0.13% on the day and 3.95% over seven days, while the CAC 40 is nearly flat (-0.06%).
Citi raised its price target today from €198 to €209, with a buy rating: this target implies upside potential of about 15% relative to the current price.
Air Liquide published on October 29 third-quarter revenue of €7.26 billion, up 3% on a like-for-like basis, and announced a €1 billion share buyback programme. These announcements came after the Beyond strategic plan presented on October 5.

The stock broke intraday above its previous high at €182.04, which now acts as support, and is holding above that level.
The next resistance is the round €185 level, a psychological marker: the price is in peak territory, with no earlier technical resistance above. The RSI at 75 signals an overbought configuration, after a gain of more than 7% over one month.
The price remains well above its moving averages: 4.92% above the 20-day MA (€173.73) and 10.19% above the 200-day MA (€165.43). Looking ahead to the results, the group reaffirmed in October its ambition to improve its operating margin by 100 basis points in 2026, as well as in 2027.
