Archos: H1 2026 Revenue of €45.9M, Up 118%
Archos published on August 7, 2026 a half-yearly revenue of €45.9M, representing a 118% increase year-on-year, as well as a positive net result of €0.8M.
The momentum of the Île-de-France group is based on the defense sector, driven in particular by the execution of the contract won with NATO, while the group is targeting an annual revenue objective exceeding €92M.
Half-yearly Revenue Driven by Defense
The group based in Igny announced revenue of €45.9M in the first half of 2026, up 118% compared to the first half of 2025. This growth is attributed by the company to the defense sector.
Over the same period, Archos generated a positive net result of €0.8M. The gross margin was impacted by approximately 4%, due to price increases in electronics materials and memory, which could only be passed on from May 2026 onwards.
The increase in operating expenses includes the scope of newly consolidated companies, including Distrame, as well as charges related to the Tempest project, which is scheduled to become operational from September 2026.
Cash Position Exceeding €13M and Financial Debt Reduced by €1.7M
The group's cash position stood at over €13M in the first half of 2026. Over the last six months, Archos also reduced its financial debt by €1.7M.
The group recalls having won the NATO tender, via its NSPA purchasing center, for mobile solutions over a three-year period. The first order was delivered in late June 2026.
Archos is now structuring its business around three pillars: defense and industry in mobile solutions, consumer electronics and healthcare, relying on its subsidiaries, including Logic Instrument, Elexo, Glacier Computer, Artic, Distrame, O2i Ingénierie, Poladerme, Dextrain and Domisanté.
Annual Revenue Target Exceeding €92M
For fiscal year 2026, Archos expects revenue exceeding €92M, with improved profitability. In the second half, the group anticipates revenue in the region of €48M to €50M, with a margin that should improve by more than 3% compared to the first half.
The company is targeting an operating result exceeding €2M in the second half and exceeding €2.5M for the full fiscal year 2026. For 2027, the group indicates it is targeting an operating result exceeding 3.5% of revenue.
The annual revenue target of over €92M would represent an almost doubling compared to the revenue of €47.9M recorded in 2025.
