Argan's new facility, located near Lens, includes a 7,400 m² cross-dock hall with 71 docks, promoting efficient management of logistic flows. It is complemented by 1,200 m² of office space. To enhance energy efficiency, the roof is equipped with a 150 kWc photovoltaic power station.

Argan continues to consolidate its position in the French market with a portfolio of 3.7 million m² of warehouses and an annual rental income exceeding 210 million euros as of June 30, 2025.
