Argenx to Host R&D Webinar on Myositis on June 23, 2026
Argenx announced on Thursday the organization of a webinar dedicated to its research and development in myositis, an autoimmune rheumatic disease. This event is part of a series of presentations highlighting the group's project portfolio and its work around its main treatment.
The webinar, scheduled for June 23, 2026, at 2:00 PM Eastern Time, will focus on myositis, an autoimmune condition in the rheumatic field characterized by progressive muscle degradation and a significant clinical burden for patients. Teams from Argenx and clinicians specialized in treating this disease will present advances in understanding the biology of myositis, including the role of autoantibodies as key factors in the pathology.
The event will also address the design of the ALKIVIA clinical program and the clinical and commercial opportunity of efgartigimod, the neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn) blocker developed and marketed by Argenx.
