Transition to Individual Accounts and Abandonment of IFRS Standards
The complete transition to individual accounts as of June 30, 2025 is accompanied by the absorption of subsidiaries into Artprice by Artmarket and the abandonment of IFRS standards, presented by the company as unsuitable for its size.
The company indicates that it is dedicating its activities to the development of its vertical artificial intelligence tools, designated "Intuitive Art Market" and "Blind Spot".
Thierry Ehrmann, founder and CEO, his family and principal shareholder Groupe Serveur have expressed their intention to increase their stake in the capital through the acquisition of new shares in the near future. The company specifies that corresponding declarations will be filed with the AMF within legal timeframes and during authorized trading windows.
Adjusted AI Deployment Timeline, Without Financial Targets Revision
The company announced a shift toward an approach termed "AI-First", consisting of replacing the gradual deployment of its AI components with a comprehensive overhaul of its databases.
According to the press release, this choice involves an adjustment to the public deployment timeline, presented as having no impact on financial projections. The first phase of this transformation is taking place internally, with equipping employees and rewriting the data collection, standardization and enrichment chains.
Artprice relies on a heritage of nearly 180 interconnected databases, more than 30 million indices and sales results covering over 915,300 artists, and a network of 7,200 partner auction houses. The company further indicates that it is deploying deterministic agents for data collection and probabilistic agents for expansion in the American market.
