Following a first quarter marked by an unfavorable environment, the group recorded a rebound in activity in the second quarter (23% on a restated basis), a development that benefited notably from higher hydrocarbon and metal prices in the context of geopolitical tensions in the Middle East.
Gross operating profit stood at €9.5M, an increase of €4.2M compared to the first half of 2025. Current operating profit amounted to €4.0M, against -€0.7M a year earlier.

This improvement is accompanied by a strengthening of the financial structure. The group generated self-financing capacity (before taxes and debt cost) of €9.9M and a net cash flow from operating activities of €11.5M, both up compared to the first half of 2025.

Cautious outlook and active portfolio management
For the second half of 2026, Aurea maintains a cautious approach, in a context where visibility on order backlogs remains limited.
The group indicates it is concentrating efforts around three priorities: strengthening operational efficiency through cost optimization, maintaining strict financial discipline to preserve balance sheet equilibrium, and pursuing active portfolio management combining targeted external growth and selective divestment of non-strategic assets.
Third quarter 2026 revenue will be published on November 5, 2026 after market close.
