AXA sets Shareplan 2026 prices: €33.86 and €39.75 per share for its employees
On 30 October 2026, AXA's Chief Executive Officer set the subscription prices for the shares to be issued under Shareplan 2026, the Group's employee share ownership plan. The two offers available to employees are based on the same reference price of €42.31, calculated from AXA share prices for the month of October.
€33.86 for the Classic offer, €39.75 for Garantie Plus
The plan includes two distinct formulas. Under the Classic offer, the subscription price was set at 80% of the “Reference Price”, i.e. €33.86 per share.
For the Garantie Plus offer, the subscription price corresponds to 93.95% of this same reference price, i.e. €39.75. The features of each offer had been presented by AXA in a press release issued on 9 September 2026 and published on axa.com.

The reference price of €42.31 is equal to the arithmetic average of the volume-weighted average prices (VWAP) of the AXA share, recorded over 20 trading days, from 2 October 2026 to 29 October 2026 inclusive.
For each session, this average price weights the prices of the shares traded by the number of shares traded at each of those prices. The calculation is based on trades on compartment A of Euronext Paris, excluding opening and closing prices.
