Thierry Paper, co-founder of Biosynex, was initially scheduled to leave his operational positions as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Scientific Director at the end of October 2026, while remaining a Board Member of the Company.
For personal reasons, he has submitted his resignation from his positions as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Board Member to the President of Biosynex's Board of Directors, effective August 31, 2026.
This decision follows the announcement already made in the press release of July 22, 2026.

Thierry Paper participated in the creation of Biosynex in 2005 and held the general and operational management of the Company until 2015.
Since June 2015, he served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Biosynex group and Board Member. Larry Abensur, in his own name and on behalf of the Board of Directors, thanked Thierry Paper for his involvement and contribution to the Company's development, particularly in his role as Scientific Director.
