Boa Concept Group: a 15th installation in automotive and agricultural spare parts
In a press release published on October 23, 2026, BOA Concept Group announced a fifteenth installation on the automotive, motorcycle and agricultural spare parts market. The Saint-Etienne-based specialist in intralogistics automation, listed on Euronext Growth, indicates its desire to "accelerate its development in France and Europe" in this segment, where it already counts Oscaro, Motoblouz and Exadis among its clients.
Exadis, TVH and an agricultural manufacturer: three automation projects
The first project, currently being deployed, concerns Exadis's new platform in the Île-de-France region, a distributor specializing in independent multi-brand automotive spare parts. According to the press release, the line should increase the site's logistics capacity by 2.5 times and will handle 45,000 references, then 65,000 planned for 2027, distributed across three mezzanine levels. Interconnected to the customer's enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, it is part of the objective to achieve 20,000 order lines per day.
The second site, already equipped, is TVH's "Plant T" center in Waregem, Belgium, a supplier of spare parts for agricultural machinery, forklifts and construction equipment. BOA Concept Group intervened there through its subsidiary Easy Systems Belenux, with overhead conveyors, conveyors connecting multiple buildings, elevators interfaced with dynamic storage systems and buffer robots.
This platform, which represents an investment of 85 million euros for TVH, aims to receive more than 200,000 parts daily, process more than 3,000 additional order lines daily and ship to 180 countries. The third project concerns the automation of a distribution center located in France, intended for the European activities of a global player in the manufacturing and distribution of agricultural machinery, to ensure the availability of parts and their delivery to dealers.
A positioning on heterogeneous aftermarket flows
The group presents spare parts logistics as "a business in its own right". According to the press release, performance in aftermarket operations relies on platforms' ability to manage several hundred thousand references and prepare orders mixing items weighing a few dozen grams and parts weighing several dozen kilos.
BOA Concept Group indicates that it designs scalable solutions for these activities, managed by its software suite, which adjusts processes in real time to variations in workload and activity. The group claims 140 employees and generates 60% of its revenue internationally; it is based in France, Belgium and Canada.
