Clariane share rebounds 2%, in top of SBF 120 following H1 results
The personal services group's stock is advancing during the session, in a context of broadly bullish European market sentiment. This movement comes in the wake of half-year results published in late July, which demonstrated clear operational improvement and a significant refinancing operation.
A rebound that positions the share above its three key moving averages
The Clariane share gains 1.99% to €4.10 during the session, ranking among the strongest gainers of the SBF 120 while the index advances 0.63%. The technical configuration is relatively favorable: the price is trading above the 20-day MA at €4.01 (spread of +2.19%) and above the 50-day MA at €4.06 (spread of +0.94%), demonstrating positive momentum in the short term. The 200-day MA, further away at €3.88, provides a cushion of 5.62% below the current price.
The RSI at 48 remains in a neutral zone, showing no overbought configuration. The resistance level at €4.25 represents the next threshold to monitor, approximately 3.7% above the current price, while support is located at €3.92. For comparison, Emeis, a value in the same sector, advances 1.26% during the session.
Solid half-year results, but a financial profile still under pressure
Upon publication of H1 2026 results on July 29, Clariane presented operational figures showing clear improvement. Operating EBITDA surged 25.1% to €168 million, while organic revenue growth reached +4.6%, driven by pricing gains of +3.0%. Operating EBITDA margin improved to 6.2%, a sign that the operational levers deployed are beginning to produce results. The group simultaneously secured its liquidity profile by raising €1,063 million in bonds, covering its debt maturities through 2028, with an expected positive cash impact of approximately €27 million on a full-year basis.
These positive elements must however be considered alongside a Group net loss still at -€48 million as of June 30, 2026 and elevated Wholeco leverage at 4.9x. All of the group's financial and non-financial objectives were nevertheless confirmed during this publication. Over the past twelve months, the share has declined 6.05%, illustrating the remaining path to be traveled in the recovery trajectory.
