Metavisio signs with three funds to finance its orders
Computer manufacturer Metavisio (Thomson Computing) has partnered with three European and American investment funds to finance its orders and restructure its debt. The company targets revenue between 16 and 20 million euros by the end of 2026 and early 2027.
Three agreements concluded in September 2026 with European and American funds
Metavisio (Thomson Computing), a French company specializing in the design, production and marketing of computer products (computers, tablets, peripherals and software), announced on 22 September 2026 the signing of three agreements with a consortium of three European and American investment funds.
These agreements are intended to finance orders for the end of 2026 and the beginning of 2027. According to the company, this financing guarantees estimated revenue between 16 and 20 million euros, depending on the latest orders from September and October, compared to 9 million euros in 2025.
The agreements also cover negotiations for the restructuring of the company's debt with its partners, whose acquisition is envisaged at the end of the year. The company indicates that it is targeting greater prospects in 2027 in both the private and public sectors.
Cost reductions and margin increases at the heart of the turnaround
Metavisio is continuing to implement cost reductions, with a decrease in payroll, a reduction in financial charges and an increase in its margins. The company cites several changes completed at the end of September 2026: workforce reduction in 2025 and 2026, reduction of structural charges and communication expenses, and reduction of financial charges.
It also mentions an increase in margin levels and supplier receivables, as well as additional order intake linked to the rise in competitors' prices in a context of increasing memory costs.
The company indicates that it will announce at the end of September an increase in revenue and margins, making it possible to exceed 2025 revenue by the end of the third quarter of 2026. According to its forecast, it is targeting a doubling of revenue between 2025 and 2026, with positive operating income and net profit.
A return to profitability initiated in the first half
These announcements are part of the turnaround undertaken by the company. On 26 August 2026, Metavisio had reported preliminary results for the first half of 2026 marked by a return to positive operating income and net profit.
According to the company, this was the first time in 14 years that these two metrics had been positive over a six-month period.
