CRIT Group: Revenue up 1.9% over nine months, driven by temporary staffing
CRIT Group reported, on October 28, 2026 after close of business, revenue of €2,551.4 million for the first nine months of the fiscal year. This represents an increase of 1.9% on a reported basis and 2.2% on a like-for-like basis and at constant exchange rates.
The third quarter shows organic growth momentum stronger than the second quarter, in a context that the group describes as "still uncertain". Growth is driven by temporary work, both in France and internationally, while airport assistance stabilizes following a decline in spring.
Third quarter at €885.1 million, up 2% organically
In the third quarter, consolidated revenue reached €885.1 million, compared with €868.0 million a year earlier. The increase of 2.0% is entirely organic, with the group reporting no scope effects as of September 30, 2026.
This growth rate is above that of the second quarter (+1.4% organic, +1.2% reported), but below the first quarter (+3.4% organic). Over nine months, the exchange rate effect weighs negatively by 0.3 percentage points on growth.
The geographic breakdown is balanced. In France, quarterly revenue increased by 1.8% to €488.8 million, while international operations recorded growth of 2.2% on a like-for-like basis and at constant exchange rates, at approximately €396.3 million. These figures are unaudited.
Temporary work grows by 2.2%, with stronger growth outside France
Temporary work, which represents 86.3% of quarterly activity, recorded revenue of €764.0 million, up 2.2% year-over-year, entirely on an organic basis. Over nine months, the division accumulated €2,214.3 million, representing growth of 2.2% (+2.5% organic).
In France, which accounts for 52.6% of the division, revenue reached €401.5 million, up 1.7%. According to Prism'emploi, the market was stable at the end of August 2026, which puts the group slightly ahead of its domestic market.
This is the third consecutive quarter of growth in France. Activity was supported primarily by industry, notably aerospace and logistics, while demand remained weak in construction and retail.
Internationally (47.4% of the division), revenue stood at €362.5 million, up 2.8% on a like-for-like basis and at constant exchange rates. Italy grew by 2.2% and Spain by 5.1%.
The United States showed the strongest growth among detailed markets, with organic growth of 10.3% in a market described by the group as improving.
Airport assistance stabilizes and the group reaffirms its confidence
Airport assistance (14.2% of quarterly activity) recorded revenue of €125.5 million, up 0.4% on a like-for-like basis and at constant exchange rates. This stable quarter follows a decline of 3.0% in the second quarter.
In a context notably marked by the war in the Middle East and rising fuel prices, the group emphasizes that its airport assistance activity has managed to stabilize. Over nine months, airport assistance revenue was unchanged at €348.7 million, with organic growth of 0.4% offset by a negative exchange rate effect of 0.4 percentage points.
When publishing 2025 results on May 12, 2026, the group had adopted a cautious tone. It reaffirms today its confidence in its ability to continue its development, while noting limited visibility on economic conditions for the coming months.
The next publication, devoted to fourth quarter revenue, is scheduled for January 27, 2027 after close of business. As of September 30, the group's cumulative organic growth stood at 2.2%, of which 2.5% for temporary work.
