Crossject expands management board to five members ahead of Zeneo industrialization
Crossject's supervisory board has appointed three new members to the management board, which now comprises five people. This development comes as the Dijon-based company prepares for the industrialization of its Zeneo technology.
Three appointments effective immediately, mandates through February 2029
Meeting on September 24, 2026, Crossject's supervisory board unanimously appointed Olivier Lacombe, Didier Morin and Lionel Seltz to the management board. Their appointments are effective immediately and their mandates will expire on February 17, 2029.
The management board now comprises Patrick Alexandre, chairman, Isabelle Liebschutz, quality director and regulatory affairs and responsible pharmacist, Olivier Lacombe, director of pharmaceutical development, Didier Morin, industrial director, and Lionel Seltz, financial director. The three new members retain their current operational responsibilities.
Management board tightened in 2025, expanded for industrial scaling up
In February 2025, the supervisory board had reduced the management board to two members in order to concentrate decisions on the final stages of Zepizure registration with the FDA. The company is now entering a phase of industrial scaling up, preparation for initial deliveries and building its commercial presence in the United States.
Olivier Lacombe joined Crossject in 2021 and has 21 years of experience in pharmaceutical development. Didier Morin, who joined in 2023, has 30 years of industrial experience. Lionel Seltz, who joined in January 2026, brings 25 years of international financial experience in life sciences and healthcare. At the same time, Crossject US appointed David Pudwill to the position of vice president of regulatory and scientific affairs, reporting to Tony Tipton, director of operations of the American entity.
