DBT draws 15th tranche of its financing: €500,000 in Océane securities issued
DBT Group, a specialist in electric mobility listed on Euronext Growth, is continuing to execute its convertible bond financing contract signed in June 2025. The transaction follows the planned schedule and aims to support the Group's development.
A new €500,000 tranche drawn under an existing framework
DBT announced on October 1, 2026 the drawing of the 15th tranche of its financing contract concluded with WTO29, through the issuance of 100 OCEANE securities with a unit nominal value of €5,000, representing a total nominal amount of €500,000.
This issuance is part of the financing contract signed on June 6, 2025, covering a maximum nominal amount of €5 million, intended to support DBT's development.
The Company specifies that this drawing occurs in accordance with its financing schedule and does not result from the occurrence of any particular event affecting its business.
Use of proceeds and impact on capital
According to the Company, the funds raised will notably finance general needs, support the commercial development of activities, support industrial and technological investments and strengthen cash position in the context of executing the strategic plan.
As an indication, the full conversion of this tranche could lead to the issuance of 7,142,857 new shares, on the basis of a theoretical conversion at the September 30, 2026 rate of €0.07, representing a theoretical dilution of approximately 5.5%. The final number of shares created may differ depending on market conditions and the conversion terms provided for contractually.
At the date of this press release, the share capital comprises 123,437,309 shares. The issuance was carried out pursuant to the delegation of authority granted by the extraordinary general meeting of February 6, 2024, with the Board of Directors deciding to use it for this tranche.
