DBT consolidates its charging business under R3 brand, now representing 41% of revenue
Announced in a press release published on October 7, 2026, this commercial reorganization comes as the charging operator activity has become, in the first half of 2026, the leading contributor to the revenue of the group listed on Euronext Growth.
Two offerings under a single brand, including R3 Pro for fleets
DBT has decided to consolidate all of its charging activities under a single commercial brand, R3, accompanied by the tagline "The Quick Charging Reflex". The architecture is simplified around two offerings: R3, intended for individual users, and R3 Pro, dedicated to businesses and professional fleet managers.
The group presents this evolution as an extension of its repositioning, with the objective of building a charging offering that is "clearer", capable of meeting the needs of both individual users and businesses and fleet managers. Engineering, R&D, design and manufacturing remain at the heart of the model, notably through DBT CEV.
R3 represents 41% of revenue in the first half of 2026
In the first half of 2026, R3's revenue reached €1.5 million, compared to €0.7 million a year earlier, representing a 103% increase. The activity now accounts for 41% of DBT's consolidated revenue. The network comprised 135 stations as of June 30, 2026, an increase of 15 since the beginning of the year, and nearly 100,000 charging sessions were completed during the semester, up 66% year-over-year.
The group confirmed its objective of deploying more than 50 new stations in 2026, which should allow it, according to the company, to exceed €3 million in R3 revenue on a full-year basis. DBT indicates that the growing contribution of charging and associated services strengthens the recurring nature of its revenues.
"This new brand architecture therefore constitutes a natural step in our transformation," declared Alexandre Borgoltz, CEO of DBT, who displays the ambition to "make R3 the reflex for quick charging".
