This alliance aims to jointly address the evolving Indonesian market for automobiles, two-wheelers, and all-terrain vehicles. The partnership involves integrating Delfingen's technologies and expertise within a new joint facility based in Purwakarta, Java.

According to the press release, the partnership aims to achieve three main objectives: enhance the local integration rate for vehicles manufactured in Indonesia, provide a complete cable protection solution with local storage and just-in-time delivery capabilities, and introduce new solutions dedicated to batteries and electric vehicles. Delfingen employs 3,800 staff and has a global presence with 40 offices in 20 countries. PT Askara Internal employs about 4,000 people and was established in 1996.
