Derichebourg shares rebound 3% after a 14.5% quarterly decline
The metal recycling and urban cleaning group rebounded sharply late in the session, in a well-oriented Paris market. This recovery follows weeks of decline and brings the stock back to a technical zone monitored since the beginning of the month.
A 3% rebound that offsets only a small part of the quarterly decline
The Derichebourg share gains 3.09% to €8, while the CAC 40 rises 1.25% and the SBF 120 rises 1.25%. This increase places it among the best performers of the broader index. It only partially offsets the 14.5% decline over three months, and the losses accumulated over one month, still close to 5%, remain far from being erased.
Today's rebound is primarily technical: the price moves back above its MM20 moving average (€7.80, a gap of 2.56%), while the RSI, at 50, has returned to neutral territory after plunging to 31 in mid-October.

The stock nonetheless remains below its MM50 (€8.47) and its MM200 (€8.96), the latter sitting more than 10% above the current price. The €7.56 support has held since the beginning of the decline, while the €9.03 resistance remains far away.
On the fundamentals, when the first-half 2026 results were published on May 28, management struck a cautious tone, citing difficulties in the second half of the previous financial year and vigilance regarding the geopolitical context in the Middle East. However, it was counting on a gradual recovery in scrap metal volumes, supported by the European carbon border tax mechanism.
Based on the consensus of the analysts surveyed, the stock trades at about 8.4 times earnings for the current financial year, with expected earnings per share growth of 10.1%. A sustained break above the MM50 is the next visible technical reference in the data.
