Emeis: Olivier Dussopt Set to Succeed Guillaume Pepy as Board Chairman

These nominations are subject to the approval of the general assembly scheduled for June 23, 2026, and will take effect following the meeting for a term of four years.

The board of directors also proposed the renewal of the mandates of Audrey Girard, representative of the Caisse des Dépôts, Stéphane Dessirier, representative of MACSF Epargne Retraite, and Frédérique Mozziconacci, nominated by MAIF.
