Energy Solar Stock Hits Record Low at €0.97 as RSI Drops to 20
The stock has been losing ground since the opening and has recorded a new low across its entire trading history. The move comes a few days after the group published its half-year accounts, which showed a marked decline in business activity.
An All-Time Low at €0.97, Below All Previous Thresholds
Shares of Energy Solar fell 8.49% to €0.97 intraday, setting a record decline by reaching this level, compared with €1.06 the previous day. This €1.06 threshold was the previous low, reached on November 2: it gave way immediately and has now become resistance.
The stock has also broken below the lows of the last 30, 150 and 250 sessions, so no support now appears beneath the share price. The RSI at 20 illustrates the extent of the selling pressure that has built up.
Over the week, the loss reaches 19.17%, and the stock has fallen 28.41% over three months and 66.44% over one year. The price is also 17.09% below its 20-period moving average (MM20) and 50.51% below its 200-period moving average (MM200).
Half-Year Accounts Show a Sharp Decline Following Greening Group's Offer
On October 30, Energy Solar Tech published its half-year accounts, showing revenue down 41% and a net loss of €0.44 million, compared with a net profit of €0.58 million a year earlier.
EBITDA fell from €4.1 million to €2.8 million, while net financial debt was reduced to €6.4 million, compared with €7.1 million at the end of 2025. These figures follow the process triggered by the acquisition offer from Greening Group Global: the board of directors, reconstituted on October 29, was reshuffled on this occasion. For now, the stock remains below €1.06, the former support now acting as resistance.
