€75 aid paid automatically to 720,000 customers

ENGIE will pay an exceptional €75 all-inclusive aid to its customers who are recipients of the energy voucher in 2026. This measure concerns 720,000 customers and represents a financial commitment of €54 million for the group. The aid will be granted to all customers with an electricity and/or gas contract as of October 1, 2026, who have already submitted their energy voucher to settle their 2026 bill. The €75 all-inclusive top-up will be paid with the next invoice, according to the billing frequency chosen (bimonthly, semi-annual, or annual). Eligible customers will not need to take any action. The group indicates that it has already implemented an exceptional energy voucher top-up in 2022 and 2024, with this measure continuing its actions against energy poverty.

Support carried out alongside social actors in the territories

ENGIE indicates that it acts throughout the year alongside social actors, local authorities, and associations to prevent and combat energy poverty situations. Local representatives make a range of support solutions available to social workers, social mediation partners, and consumer associations. These include support for energy renovation of housing, tools dedicated to social workers (internet portal and telephone line), as well as the design of actions in collaboration with municipalities, such as workshops on energy transition and energy-saving practices.
