Facephi admitted to the Alternative Fixed Income Market a €20M commercial paper programme
The specialist in facial biometrics and digital identity, based in Alicante, informed the market on October 15, 2026, under the European market abuse regulation, of the establishment of a short-term financing facility.
On this occasion, the company recalled having a long-term credit rating of BB-, with an evolving outlook, assigned by EthiFinance Ratings on July 30, 2026.
The Alternative Fixed Income Market (MARF) admitted the programme entitled "Facephi 2026 Commercial Paper Programme". It covers a maximum nominal amount outstanding of 20 million euros, for a period of 12 months.
A programme of this type allows an issuer to place commercial paper, that is to say short-term debt securities, within the limit of the fixed ceiling. The amount retained therefore constitutes a maximum authorized outstanding amount, and not an amount raised.
GVC Gaesco Valores designated registered adviser to the programme
