FDJ United share at lowest level in six years, erasing its Covid trough
The gaming operator's share is declining in a weaker Paris market and is erasing its recent lows. Two analyst opinions lower their targets following a publication that reduced the group's objectives.
Six-year low of 19.45 € touched during trading
FDJ United share falls 6.09% to 19.73 €, among the steepest declines in the SBF 120, while the index drops 1.42%. The share touched 19.45 € during trading, a six-year low: the previous benchmark of 20.33 € dated from the spring 2020 collapse linked to COVID-19. The price fell below 20.58 €, a threshold that had served as support over the last 250 sessions and now becomes resistance.
The RSI at 25 reflects a marked decline, and the share loses 7.15% over the week. The movement follows the results for the first nine months published on October 21: revenue down 5.6%, with fewer Euromillions jackpots, high gains among sports bettors and tax increases.
Two targets lowered following a revised 2026 objective
Two firms revised their price target on October 22. CIC Market Solutions moves from 29 € to 21 € and changes its opinion from buy to hold. Deutsche Bank reduces its target from 26.60 € to 25.10 €, with a hold opinion. These analyst opinions follow the revision of the annual trajectory: the group is now targeting an average single-digit decline in revenue in 2026 and a current EBITDA margin around 23%.
In terms of short positions, five funds cumulate 6.57% of capital, up 0.38 points over thirty days: the level is high, but its progression remains moderate. The share trades at approximately 8.8 times expected earnings for the current fiscal year, according to the consensus of surveyed analysts. The price is down 14.5% below its 200-day moving average at 23.08 €.
