Fiducial Office Solutions: AMF approves the note for Fiducial SC's mandatory withdrawal offer
The "Other Information" document relating to Fiducial SC, initiator of the public withdrawal offer followed by a mandatory withdrawal targeting shares of Fiducial Office Solutions, was filed with the AMF and made available to the public on October 8, 2026.
Approval No. 26-362 issued on the information note
In accordance with Article L. 621-8 of the Monetary and Financial Code and Article 231-23 of its general regulations, the Financial Markets Authority issued approval No. 26-362 on the information note relating to the offer. This approval follows the compliance decision rendered by the AMF on October 8, 2026.
The information note was prepared by Fiducial SC and engages the responsibility of its signatories. The "Other Information" document, which addresses the characteristics, particularly legal, financial and accounting, of Fiducial SC, was prepared in accordance with Article 231-28 of the AMF's general regulations.
Documents to consult before the offer opens
The approved information note and the "Other Information" document are available on the AMF website (www.amf-france.org) and on that of Fiducial Office Solutions (https://investisseurs.fiducial-office-solutions.fr/). They may also be obtained free of charge.
Prior to the opening of the offer, the AMF will publish an opening notice and a timetable, and Euronext Paris will publish a notice announcing the terms and timetable of the transaction. The press release specifies that it does not constitute an offer to acquire securities.
