Fleury Michon acquires All Plants to accelerate in plant-based products in the United Kingdom
The Vendée-based group has taken full control of an English company with approximately 5 million euros in revenue, whose EBITDA is close to break-even. Signed and finalized on the same day, the transaction represents less than 1% of the group's revenues: its primary value lies in the commercial access it provides across the Channel.
An acquisition carried out at 100%, signed and finalized on October 20, 2026
Fleury Michon has acquired 100% of the capital of All Plants, an English company specializing in the marketing of plant-based products to British mass retail distribution. The signing and completion of the transaction took place on the same day, October 20, 2026, according to the press release published at the end of the day by the group. The acquisition is therefore legally effective: it is neither a project under negotiation, nor an agreement awaiting finalization.
The target is small in size. All Plants generates revenue of approximately 5 million euros on an annual basis, which represents less than 1% of the group's revenue, and generates EBITDA close to break-even. This amount of 5 million euros corresponds to the activity of the acquired company, and not to the price paid by Fleury Michon to take control of it.
Relative to these two indicators, All Plants' contribution to consolidated accounts remains marginal. All Plants represents less than 1% of the group's revenue on an annual basis and displays EBITDA close to break-even. The stakes of the transaction lie elsewhere: in the capacity for access to a foreign market that Fleury Michon acquires with this structure.
The group indeed presents All Plants as a marketing platform for its own plant-based range in the United Kingdom. Rather than building a commercial presence in British mass retail distribution on its own, Fleury Michon now relies on a company that already distributes its products there. The logic is that of a distribution relay, rather than that of an immediate volume or profitability contribution.
Teams, brand and commercial network integrated into the group
The scope taken over covers all of All Plants' marketing activities, its teams as well as rights linked to the All Plants brand. Fleury Michon therefore recovers both an operational commercial organization and a brand already present on British retail shelves. According to the group, All Plants is an established brand in plant-based products across the Channel, positioned on alternatives presented as more natural.
The justification put forward by Fleury Michon is based on the size of the target market. The group indicates that the British plant-based market is more developed than in France, and that the acquisition should enable it to accelerate the rollout of its plant-based range in the United Kingdom. In other words, the transaction shifts part of the growth effort for this range towards a market where the category has, according to the company, reached a more advanced stage than in its domestic market.
The group also highlights strategic complementarity between the two entities and shared values around quality and innovation. It believes that this acquisition strengthens its international footprint and opens up long-term growth prospects for it. These elements fall within the presentation made by the company: in the short term, the only numerical reference points provided remain the target's revenue of approximately 5 million euros and its EBITDA close to break-even.
