Forvia achieved consolidated revenue of €26.2 billion in 2025 before the application of IFRS 5 standard. The stock is listed on Euronext Paris and is part of the SBF 120 index.
International expansion of Chinese automakers in the background
Martin Fischer, Chief Executive Officer of Forvia, stated: "Chinese automotive manufacturers are becoming major global players and reshaping the competitive dynamics of the entire sector. As they develop internationally, their success will increasingly depend on their ability to combine local innovation and global execution." He highlights the group's local production model for local markets.
On the manufacturer's side, Zhao Guoqing, Chief Operating Officer and Supply Chain Director of Great Wall Motor, indicated that "globalization is at the heart of Great Wall Motor's strategy".
He presents the agreement as a starting point toward deeper cooperation in technological innovation, supply chain synergies and expansion into global markets.
