Gérard Perrier Industrie Transfers Its Listing from Euronext Paris to Euronext Growth
The Lyon-based group specializing in automation and industrial electrical equipment is changing its listing market. The operation, approved by shareholders in June, will be accompanied by a new ticker symbol.
A Market Better Suited to the Group's Size
Gérard Perrier Industrie announced on September 3, 2026 the transfer of its share listing from the regulated market of Euronext Paris (Compartment B) to Euronext Growth Paris, effective September 7, 2026 at market opening.
According to the company, this transfer aims to allow it to be listed on a market better suited to its size and market capitalization, while continuing to benefit from access to financial markets.
The ticker symbol will become "ALPER" as of September 7, 2026, replacing the current "PERR". The ISIN code remains unchanged (FR0000061459).
Direct Admission Without New Share Issuance
The transfer will be carried out according to an accelerated direct admission procedure of existing shares, without issuance of new shares, through delisting from Euronext Paris trading and concurrent admission to Euronext Growth Paris.
The admission request was approved by Euronext Paris S.A. on August 31, 2026, subject to receipt of final documentation. The operation follows the approval of the Mixed General Meeting of June 16, 2026 and the decision of the Management Board.
The last trading day on the regulated market is set for September 4, 2026. The company is supported by TP ICAP (Europe) SA as Listing Sponsor and by Lamy Lexel Avocats Associés as legal counsel. Gérard Perrier Industrie states that it will continue to provide information in compliance with applicable regulations.
