Guillemot Corporation: Sales Down 6% Over Nine Months, Annual Target Maintained
Guillemot Corporation published on October 29, 2026 revenue of €84.3 million for the first nine months of the year, compared with €89.7 million a year earlier, a decline of 6%. The third quarter alone shows a steeper drop of 9%, to €34.7 million.
Management nevertheless expects 2026 revenue to be stable and an operating income representing approximately 5% of consolidated revenue. With sales down at the end of September, this annual target relies on the fourth quarter, a period on which the group has concentrated a series of product launches.
Thrustmaster and Hercules Down Over the Quarter and Nine Months
In the third quarter, the Thrustmaster brand, which accounts for the bulk of the business, generated revenue of €31.0 million, compared with €34.0 million a year earlier (-9%). Hercules recorded €3.7 million, compared with €4.0 million (-8%).
Over the first nine months, Thrustmaster declined 5% to €75.8 million. Hercules reached €8.5 million compared with €9.5 million (-11%), including €8.4 million for digital peripherals (-12%) and €0.1 million for the OEM business.
The group states that its quarterly revenue was "temporarily affected by logistics disruptions in Asia." According to the company, the North American market is down very slightly over the quarter, while Europe shows signs of recovery in France, the United Kingdom and the Benelux, more gradually in Germany.
Expanded Distribution and Diversified Production Sources in Asia
Alongside this decline, Guillemot Corporation expanded its sales networks. The group reports early effects from its partnerships with two new distributors, Changhong IT in China and PLAION in Europe, aimed at strengthening the distribution of Thrustmaster and product availability in these markets.
In the United States and Canada, the company extended its listings with retailers such as Walmart, Best Buy Canada and Micro Center. It also strengthened its industrial partnerships to diversify its production solutions in Asia, the region at the origin of the logistics disruptions cited for the quarter.
Financially, the group reports no debt as of September 30, 2026. Its net cash stands at €17.5 million, excluding marketable securities of €2.3 million at fair value.
A Stable Annual Target Supported by Year-End Launches
The target of stable 2026 revenue compares with the €127.22 million achieved in fiscal 2025, according to the accounts published in May 2026. That year closed with an operating income of €0.46 million and a net loss of €2.43 million.
For year-end, the commercial calendar is busy. The T-GT III wheel, under Gran Turismo license, will be available on December 3 at a recommended retail price of €699.99. The T.Flight Hotas Neo joystick was released on October 2, the SimTask Truck-40 kit on October 22, and the TCA Sky Yoke on October 28.
At Hercules, the DJControl T10 turntable, launched in the United States in September, is out of stock according to the company, which reports strong pre-order levels in Europe.
The group also expects the release of Forza Horizon 6 on PlayStation 5, announced for January 26, 2027, to support racing accessory sales from the fourth quarter of 2026.
Management indicates it is maintaining a high level of research and development investment ahead of 2027. For the current fiscal year, the communicated target remains stable revenue with operating income of approximately 5% of consolidated revenue.
