Two Proteus One Systems for the Duke Proton Center
IBA has signed an agreement with Duke University Health System for the installation of two compact Proteus One proton therapy systems at the Duke Proton Center in Durham, North Carolina. Both will be configured side by side to optimize clinical availability, operational flexibility, and patient treatment efficiency. The agreement also includes a multi-year maintenance and operation contract provided by IBA. Duke Health plans to start treatments in 2029.
