IDI: Net income nearly quadrupled to €57.1M in first half of 2026
Investment company IDI published its first half 2026 results on September 23, 2026. Net Asset Value (NAV) per share reached €101.90 as of June 30, 2026, compared to €97.10 as of December 31, 2025 before dividend.
Group net income stood at €57.1M for the half-year, compared to €14.8M one year earlier. This publication follows a period marked by the disposal of the stake in Winncare Group.
Net income nearly quadrupled year-on-year
In the first half of 2026, investment activity income amounted to €66.7M, compared to €28.1M in the first half of 2025. Group net income reached €57.1M, compared to €14.8M one year previously.
Consolidated shareholders' equity stood at €774.5M as of June 30, 2026, compared to €740.0M as of December 31, 2025. NAV per share stood at €101.90 as of June 30, 2026, compared to €97.10 as of December 31, 2025 before dividend.
The Supervisory Board, which met on September 22, 2026 under the chairmanship of Luce Gendry, reviewed these half-year accounts, which were subject to a limited review by the statutory auditors.
Investment capacity of €230M and portfolio operations
As of June 30, 2026, IDI has investment capacity of €230M, comprising cash and available assets at the level of IDI and its subsidiary Financière Bagatelle, as well as €35M of confirmed and undrawn credit lines. Cash plus liquid assets reached €198.0M as of June 30, 2026, compared to €190.8M as of December 31, 2025.
During the half-year, IDI disposed of its entire stake in Winncare Group, specializing in medical devices for people experiencing loss of autonomy. This transaction followed a majority acquisition in 2014, followed by a minority reinvestment in 2021.
Within the portfolio, S4BT (Solutions for Business Travel) acquired Travel Centric Technology, the London-based parent company of HotelHub, to strengthen its offering in hotel booking for business travel.
CFDP disposal ongoing, subject to ACPR approval
Since June 30, 2026, IDI, Groupe Chevrillon and Fiblac, majority shareholders of CFDP (legal protection) through the holding Financière Iustitia, have signed agreements with AG2R La Mondiale for the disposal of all their stakes. The transaction is subject to ACPR approval, with a target completion by year-end.
Furthermore, Groupe PLC acquired Floralpina, a French specialist in food supplements in dry forms, as part of its strategy to consolidate the CDMO market in the cosmetics and nutraceutical sectors.
Over ten years, between June 30, 2016 and June 30, 2026, NAV per share increased from €34.53 to €101.90, excluding dividends, with IDI having paid €32.5 in cumulative dividends per share over the period. The next financial milestone is scheduled for November 13, 2026 with third quarter 2026 results.
