A Letter of Intent Initiating Negotiations

This non-binding document frames the negotiations on the cooperation between the two companies in terms of off-premises delivery services. Revised Prices and Service Arrangements
The envisioned agreement will include a reduction in delivery prices and a revised tariff indexing formula. It will also incorporate multi-year provisions regarding volumes, capacities, and service levels between the two operators. Concurrently, the parties have agreed to suspend the ongoing arbitration proceedings for the duration of the negotiations of the new agreement.
