Keyrus Acquires Dutch Firm Inlumi to Strengthen Its Finance and AI Offerings
On July 7, 2026, Keyrus Group announced the acquisition of Inlumi, a Dutch specialist in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). This move aims to enhance the group's financial intelligence platform and meet the growing demand from financial departments undergoing transformation.
A Strategic Acquisition to Consolidate EPM Offerings
Keyrus finalized the acquisition of Inlumi, a company based in Utrecht, Netherlands, on July 7, 2026. This transaction marks a key milestone in Keyrus's external growth strategy, aiming to establish a global platform serving financial departments in a fragmented market. Inlumi brings recognized expertise in group financial consolidation, financial planning, financial reporting, and tax reporting. Keyrus enhances this portfolio with its capabilities in connected planning, data platforms, and artificial intelligence. The expanded entity offers an end-to-end solution combining operational planning and group consolidation within the same architecture. According to Eric Cohen, Founder and Executive Chairman of Keyrus, this acquisition 'represents a decisive new step in building the Architect of Intelligence.' Finance is quickly becoming the control tower of intelligence for modern enterprises, he explains.
Complementary Expertise on Key Technology Platforms
Inlumi brings deep expertise on the OneStream, Oracle, and Tagetik platforms, complementing Keyrus's capabilities on Anaplan and the Data and AI ecosystem. Each existing technological partnership is preserved, allowing clients to build the architecture best suited to their business objectives. This combination addresses an ongoing transformation: until now, operational planning and group consolidation have often evolved separately within organizations. The new platform offers capabilities that bridge these two dimensions, enhanced by artificial intelligence.
Brand Identity Maintenance and Global Expansion
Inlumi will retain its brand identity and operate under the name 'Inlumi, a Keyrus company.' The current management team remains in place, with Ashley Chapman, CEO of Inlumi, joining the executive leadership of Keyrus's global EPM practice, led by Nicolas Camerman. The acquisition consolidates Keyrus's presence in EMEA while extending its capabilities across the American continent and Asia-Pacific through the group's global footprint. The merger also strengthens recurring revenues through Inlumi's proprietary software solutions and managed services, as well as the development of 24/7 managed services.
