Keyrus divests Xiomega Consulting, its SAP consulting firm, to Oxya
The technology group listed on Euronext Growth Paris takes another step in reshaping its business portfolio, following the sale of its Life Sciences CRO activities. The transaction concerns a French consulting firm dedicated to SAP programs.

Keyrus announced on September 1, 2026 the divestment of Xiomega Consulting, its French consulting firm specializing in SAP program advisory and direction, to oXya, a player in infrastructure and managed services for critical applications and SAP cloud environments, backed by Montefiore Investment.
Created in 2014, Xiomega Consulting supports large enterprises and mid-market companies in their transformation programs, primarily centered around SAP, through consulting, AMOA and program management activities. The firm has positioned itself with Chief Information Officers of major corporations, particularly in the Luxury, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing and Supply Chain sectors.
Strategic repositioning around Artificial Intelligence
According to the group, this divestment is part of the transformation initiated in 2025 and aims to concentrate its resources around its positioning as an Architect of Intelligence, presented to the market in June 2026. This initiative is designed to support companies in transitioning from experimental artificial intelligence to industrialized intelligence.
Eric Cohen, founder and chief executive officer of Keyrus, states that "our strategy requires choices and concentrating our resources where we wish to build our future". He emphasizes that the transaction opens a new chapter in the relationship with oXya, with both companies seeking to explore new forms of partnership.
Complementary expertise within the SAP ecosystem
According to oXya, the rapprochement follows a logic of complementary expertise within the SAP ecosystem. Geert Vandendorpe, CEO of oXya, indicates that Xiomega Consulting's advisory, steering and program management expertise complement the group's historical expertise around SAP environments, particularly in preparing trajectories toward SAP S/4HANA and RISE.
