Keyrus Enters Exclusive Negotiations with Deloitte Israel to Divest Vision.bi
Keyrus has initiated exclusive negotiations with Deloitte Israel to divest Vision.bi, its subsidiary specializing in data and analytics. This move is part of the group's strategic reorientation towards artificial intelligence and cybersecurity.
A Subsidiary Founded in 2007 Targeted by Deloitte
Keyrus plans to divest Vision.bi, established in 2007 and part of the group since 2011. This entity has developed expertise in data solutions, analytics, and artificial intelligence, serving major organizations in the Israeli market.
The proposed transaction is part of active management of the group's business portfolio. For Vision.bi, merging with Deloitte Israel would offer the opportunity to continue its development within the consulting firm's rapidly growing Data and AI practice.
For Keyrus, this divestiture would accelerate the implementation of its global strategy focused on artificial intelligence, data platforms, cybersecurity, and transformation services based on Agentic AI.
Negotiations Subject to Suspensive Conditions
The completion of the transaction remains subject to customary suspensive conditions and the obtaining of required regulatory approvals. Keyrus intends to provide additional information about the transaction and its strategic rationale upon the final realization of the transaction.
