Klépierre share rebounds 1.5% and recovers its 200-day moving average
The shopping center real estate company is rising during the session, in a Paris market oriented upwards. The movement follows the publication of its activity for the first nine months, accompanied by an operation in Italy.
A recovery that brings the security back to its long-term averages
The Klépierre share gains 1.43% to €35.46 at midday, while the SBF 120 rises 0.51%. After a month of decline of 3.17%, the share recovers the MA20 (€35.36) and the MA200 (€35.31), which it had lost on Monday. It remains below the MA50 (€36.83), however, at 3.7% from the price.
The RSI at 39.87 leaves the configuration under tension: a rebound would not be enough to erase the decline of the month. The session is taking place in a context of tension on French debt: the spread between the OAT and the Bund at ten years exceeded 1.5 points on Tuesday, ahead of the review of the French rating by Moody's on Friday, October 23.
