Logic Instrument: Revenue Up 105% to €39.7M in H1 2026
Logic Instrument published its first half 2026 accounts on August 7, 2026, marked by revenue of €39.7M, up 105% year-over-year.
The Essonne-based equipment manufacturer, specializing in hardened computer systems for defense, combines this growth with a positive net result of €0.5M and confirms it is targeting over €75M in revenue for the full fiscal year.
Half-Year Revenue of €39.7M, Up 105%
During the first half of 2026, Logic Instrument achieved revenue of €39.7M, representing growth of 105% compared to the first half of 2025. The group reported a positive net result of €0.5M over the period.
Gross margin was impacted by approximately 4% due to price increases in electronics materials and memory, which the group states it was only able to pass through from May 2026 onwards. The increase in operating expenses includes the scope of newly consolidated companies, including Distrame, as well as charges related to the Tempest project, scheduled to become operational from September 2026.
Gross Cash of €9.2M and Reduction in Financial Debt
The group's gross cash position stood at €9.2M in the first half of 2026, compared to €8.7M a year earlier. Over the same period, the group reduced its financial debt by €1.2M.
Business growth is driven by the development of defense-related markets, strengthened by acquisitions completed in recent months (Elexo, Artic Distribution, Glacier Computer and Distrame). The group recalls having won the NATO call for tender, via its NSPA purchasing center, for mobile solutions over three years, with the first order delivered at the end of June 2026.
Target of Over €75M in Revenue and €1.8M in Operating Result for 2026
For fiscal year 2026, Logic Instrument maintains a target of revenue exceeding €75M, coupled with improved profitability. The second half is expected to reach around €40M in revenue, with margin anticipated to improve by more than 3% compared to the first half.
The group targets operating result above €1.5M in the second half and approximately €1.8M for the full fiscal year 2026. For 2027, it indicates it is targeting operating result above 3.5% of revenue.
