A 70 GWh contract with equipment supplier Adler Pelzer

Mint, an energy and telecommunications services provider based in Montpellier, signed in July 2026 a contract covering 70 GWh with Adler Pelzer Group, which designs and manufactures acoustic and thermal components and systems for the automotive industry.

According to Mint, this partnership aims to enable the equipment supplier to rationalize its energy costs and anticipate management of its consumption over time. The contract was concluded following a consultation process managed by Arcadia (formerly Engie Impact).

With Riccobono Group, the current contract is extended to 140 GWh for the period 2028-2029, compared to 100 GWh for 2026-2027 signed in 2025, representing a 40% increase in volumes entrusted to Mint.

This extension extends the commitment concluded two years earlier for two additional fiscal years.

Rebalancing the model towards multi-year revenues

Gaël Joly, Chief Executive Officer of Mint, indicated that the company increased its workforce from 72 to 80 employees, with reinforcement of IT and Sales/Marketing teams, as part of the rebalancing of the model towards multi-year revenues.

According to the company, these signatures bring B2B contractualized commitments in growth and provide it with visibility of its activity through 2029. Mint will publish its revenue and results for the first half of 2026 on October 14, 2026 after market close.
