The transition was prepared by Charlie Evrard himself, who nominated Hugo Larricq to the board to strengthen the group's governance. Hugo Larricq will retain his role as CEO while now also taking on the chairmanship. Charlie Evrard remains a member of the board and will continue to actively participate in the strategic direction of the group alongside other directors.
