Neolife: Standardised revenue up 53% in the third quarter, exports up 67%
Neolife published on 30 October 2026 standardised revenue of €3.8 million for the third quarter, up 53% year on year. Over the first nine months, growth reached 25%, placing the last quarter on a faster pace than the cumulative figure.
At the end of September, the standardised revenue of the insulation and construction materials manufacturer, based in Limonest, stood at €9.3 million, compared with €7.4 million a year earlier. Exports, up 67% over the period, generated as many additional sales as the French market.
Standardised revenue up 53% in the third quarter
The group presents two measures of its activity. Accounting revenue amounts to €10.9 million over nine months (+27%) and to €4.5 million in the third quarter (+54%). Standardised revenue, which restates eco-material sales, stands at €9.3 million (+25%) and €3.8 million (+53%) respectively.
Sales of finished products, the main item of revenue, reached €9.0 million over nine months, compared with €7.2 million, an increase of 24%. In the third quarter alone, they rose from €2.4 million to €3.7 million, up 54%.
Eco-material sales increased by 40% over nine months, to €1.7 million, and by 61% in the third quarter, to €0.8 million. Shipping costs and other sales amounted to €0.3 million over nine months. All of these figures are unaudited.
Exports up 67% and accounting for 24% of finished product sales
The geographic breakdown of finished product sales shows two distinct growth rates. France, which represents 76% of this revenue, grew by 15% over nine months, to €6.8 million.
According to the company, activity in France remains supported by renovation in the building sector, by a local presence with the various project owners, and by participation in regional trade fairs.
Exports reached €2.1 million, compared with €1.3 million a year earlier, an increase of 67%, and now represent 24% of finished product sales. The group attributes the third-quarter growth to projects in Switzerland and the Netherlands.
In value terms, each of the two markets generated €0.9 million of additional sales over nine months. Starting from a narrower base, exports therefore contribute as much as France to the growth of finished products.
Exclusive export partnerships and reaffirmed breakeven target
Neolife states that it is continuing its export development in the second half of 2026, in Europe and Switzerland, through the establishment of exclusive partnerships. This approach is supported by the BPI, Business France and the AURA region.
The company reports a business pipeline that it describes as “promising”, driven by the first specifications and the first projects launched. It also notes growing market interest in bio-based and innovative products.
The group places this momentum within a construction sector that it describes as still under pressure, marked by slower decisions and downward adjustments in material choices. It sees this as support for its prospects in the renovation and off-site construction markets.
As when the first-half 2026 results were published, management said it remains confident in achieving its annual breakeven target within the framework of the expenditure committed under its CAP 2030 strategic plan. At the end of September, cumulative standardised revenue reached €9.3 million, up €1.8 million over one year.
