Nepi Rockcastle: distribution of 0.2893 euros per share, choice between capital repayment or dividend
Shareholders of the real estate company can choose between a capital repayment (default option) and a cash dividend for the interim distribution for the first half of 2026.
A distribution of 28.93 cents per share for H1 2026
Nepi Rockcastle confirmed, in its announcement of 1 September 2026, the terms of the distribution of 28.93 cents per share for the half-year ended 30 June 2026. In accordance with the circular published on 24 August 2026, each shareholder can choose between a capital repayment paid in cash (default option) or an ordinary dividend in cash drawn from distributable profits.
Shareholders holding securities traded on the JSE and A2X will receive the amount in South African rand, converted from the euro at an average rate of EUR 1.00: ZAR 18.87101, calculated over the period of 20 to 21 August 2026. The capital repayment and cash dividend of 28.93 cents per share thus amount to 545.93832 cents of rand per share. Shareholders holding securities traded on Euronext Amsterdam will be paid in euros.
For the capital repayment option, no Dutch withholding tax is applied. For the cash dividend option, the company must withhold 15% Dutch withholding tax, with the net amount standing, for individuals who are South African tax residents, at 409.45374 cents of rand per share after 15% Dutch withholding tax and 10% South African withholding tax. The key dates and times announced on 24 August 2026 remain unchanged.
